The debut of Age of Wonders 4 has been a success. The game is selling like hot cakes and collecting mostly good reviews.
Yesterday, marked the release of Age of Wonders 4, the latest installment in the popular series of fantasy turn-based 4X strategy games. Looking at how Triumph's game has fared on Steam it can be said that the launch was successful, although there were some problems.
Studio Triumph and publisher Paradox Interactive can therefore be satisfied. Age of Wonders 4 is selling brilliantly and has generally been well received by fans of the genre. PC gamers can also breathe a sigh of relief, as after a series of disappointments they finally got a major release that, while not technically perfect, debuted in a condition that enables it to be playable and ejoyable on most PCs.
As a final reminder, beyond PC Age of Wonders 4 is also available on Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 consoles.
