It's almost sure that GTA 6 will be the biggest hit of 2026. The question remains, however, how much this title will earn. Konvoy Investment Fund thinks they know how successful this project will be. Their predictions are mind blowing.

  1. The fund predicts that Grand Theft Auto VI will generate revenue of $7.6 billion within the first 60 days of its release. This result would make the game the biggest launch in the history of the gaming industry (and beyond).
  2. According to Konvoy, the costs of Take Two Interactive, covering both game production and marketing as well as distribution, will amount to 2 billion dollars. That's a huge amount, but according to these predictions, GTA 6 will make it all back in less than 30 days after its release.

GTA 6 like Roblox?

Analysts from Konvoy also have a few other interesting predictions regarding GTA 6.

  1. According to them, the game will start at a price of 80 dollars. Of course, more expensive special editions will also be available.
  2. The fund expects that Grand Theft Auto VI will become a new platform in the style of Roblox or UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite), allowing mod creators and people running their own servers to earn money.
  3. Each GTA 6 lobby will hold a maximum of 200 players, and the game will focus more on conducting heists on other users.

Grand Theft Auto VI is heading to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. The release is set for May 26, 2026. It's practically certain that the game will also arrive on PC, but this will happen (significantly) later.
