We are only a few days away from the release of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, the latest installment in the mecha action game series developed by the Japanese studio FromSoftware, also known for such games as Elden Ring or the Dark Souls. In order to turn up the heat before the release, the game's publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a very extensive gameplay video.

The video is a recording of a broadcast, which lasted two hours and twelve minutes. It offers the opportunity to see Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon "in the wild," i.e., instead of the developers' carefully prepared gameplay, it presents pure gameplay recordings from sessions of many "ordinary" players, who were invited to check out the game before its release.

The previous installment of the series, i.e. Armored Core: Verdict Day, was released a decade ago. At that time, FromSoftware was barely after the release of the first Dark Souls, which turned out to be a success, but today, after the release of, among others, the next two installments of the series, as well as Sekiro, Bloodborne and above all Elden Ring, the studio's position in the market is quite different and it is seen as one of the best currently active teams in the industry. Expectations for AC6 are therefore enormous.

Recall that Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is headed for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. The release will take place on August 25, this year, which is this Friday.
