Ubisoft has published the announced footage from Assassin's Creed: Mirage. In the six-minute video, the developers focused on a more detailed introduction of Basim and his path to becoming a master assassin. Although not much new information was given, several new gameplay fragments were shown.
Recall that the action of AC: Mirage will be set in the year 861 in Baghdad, that is, 12 years before Basim's appearance in AC: Valhalla.
In addition to the character's story backgroumd, Ubisoft briefly introduced the gameplay. Character progression will not be based on gaining experience points, but on the evolution of the character over the course of the story..
Fans of the classic installments of the Assassin's Creed series are also expected to be satisfied. The developers talk about many references to older parts - Basim will be able, for example, to dye his outfits, just like Ezio did in Assassin's Creed II, AC: Brotherhood and AC: Revelations. previously, the devs also revealed the return of trivia about the game world.
