Outlander fans in the United States have reason to rejoice, as a highly anticipated event will take place in August.
Outlander is a beloved historical fantasy that viewers have been following on screens since 2014. The TV series has been around for 11 years and it's still not over. There have already been 7 seasons, and the last one is expected to be the 8th, scheduled to premiere in early 2026. This is when Claire and Jamie's story will come to an end.
Although the debut of season 7 of Outlander is long overdue, many fans from the United States have been anticipating the new episodes on Netflix. Unfortunately, these didn’t hit the popular streaming platform right away, so viewers who intended to only get acquainted with the new series there had to be patient.
Fortunately, they will soon be able to catch up on new episodes, as season 7 of Outlander is scheduled to be released on Netflix on August 11. Unfortunately, only part 1 of the aforementioned season will be released on that day, viewers will have to wait a little longer for part 2. And they will probably have to wait even longer for season 8, which debuts in early 2026 on Starz.
The 1st part of Outlander season 7 consists of eight episodes, so by the time the 2nd part is released on Netflix, viewers will have quite a lot of material to watch. The action of season 7 of the TV series begins right after the events of the season 6 finale, so they will be able to see a direct continuation of those harrowing events.
