The fourth major update has arrived for Baldur's Gate 3, which introduces, among other things, a mode for colorblind, as well as numerous minor improvements and fixes.
Update: Today Baldur's Gate 3 received an even tinier patch (hotfix) on PC, which fixed "a bug that prevented players from clicking on filtered abilities and items associated with equipped weapons."
Larian Studios continues to patch Baldur's Gate 3. After a slightly longer-than-usual hiatus, the developers from Belgium have provided the players with "patch number 4," which introduces to the hit game more than 1,000 changes - mostly fixes and minor improvements.
There are 2 most important new features in BG3, which hit the game today: accessibility mode for colorblind, and the ability to customize the appearance of mercenaries right after their recruitment.
Unfortunately, in the description of Patch 4. we will not find additional scenes for the game's epilogue, which Larian Studios announced already some time ago. I suspect that the extended culmination of the story will debut with the release of the game on Xbox Series X/S - which, according to the head of Larian is expected to happen later this year.
As the list of changes is long (although not as long as the previous update), I will list just a few fixes and changes that I think deserve a mention.

The full version of Baldur's Gate 3 has been available to PC owners since August 3, and on September 6 they were joined by PlayStation 5 users. As of Patch 3, Larian Studios' game also provides macOS support.
