Bright Memory: Infinite, a first-person action game (a mix of shooter and hack'n' slash) developed by independent Chinese studio FYQD, launched on Steam today. The game was very well received by the players and gained their sympathy mainly thanks to the amazing visuals.
According to data available on SteamDB, Bright Memory: Infinite gathered more than 22 thousand players at the hottest moment of the day, which can undoubtedly be considered a very good result for an indie game. The same can be said about the reviews, more than 5 thousand of which have appeared on Steam, and more than 90% of them are positive.
When it comes to the plot of Bright Memory: Infinite, the action take place in 2036, when scientists began to notice disturbing incidents in the sky. The player's task will be to investigate the aforementioned phenomena, which will turn out to be much more difficult than one could assume, due to the mysterious "twin" reality.
In the game you can also expect fast-paced action and atmospheric locations.. All this is accompanied by detailed, realistic visuals, which the game owes to the use of the Unreal Engine 4 technology.
Currently, Bright Memory: Infinite can only be played on PC, although the release for next-gen consoles is also planned - the game will be coming to them next year.
