Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War is Official; Here's Teaser Trailer

Activision has published a teaser trailer of Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War. It was also confirmed when we'll see the full announcement of the upcoming game.

After the latest teasers of the new Call of Duty we didn't have to wait long for the initial announcement of the next installment of this extremely popular FPS series. Activision published a short trailer of Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War, which is being created by Treyarch and Raven Software. You can watch the video below.

The video confirms the rumors about the game being set during the Cold War and reveals the outline of the plot. The story will revolve around Perseus, an alleged real-life spy who was to infiltrate Western intelligence agencies. We are writing the "alleged" one, because so far his existence has never been confirmed. Apparently, the creators decided that it was time for them to make their own interpretation. The material does not show gameplay, but we will probably not wait long for its presentation. The teaser reveals that the official announcement of Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War will take place on August 26.
