Official Announcement of Call of Duty: Vanguard to Appear in Warzone [UPDATED]

Soon we will get to know the first official information about the next installment of the iconic Call of Duty series, subtitled Vanguard.

The schedule of beta tests for Call of Duty: Vanguard has appeared on the web. The leak shows that the situation will be similar to the Black Ops - Cold War and the owners of PlayStation consoles will try the title first. The dates are as follows:

  1. August 27 - 29 - alpha available on PlayStation
  2. September 10 - 12 - open beta available on PlayStation
  3. September 16 - 20 - open beta available to all

Call of Duty: Vanguard has made quite a stir on the Internet over the past few days; there have been quite a few leaks. Apparently, soon the game will finally be officially announced. Some gamers have noticed that PlayStation Store's website and PS App published information about the global reveal of Call of Duty Vanguard on August 19, at 10:30 AM PT. It is worth noting that this date matches with previous reports. The official reveal of new details about the game will take place in another game from the series - Call of Duty: Warzone.

According to earlier leaks, the new installment is to be set during World War II. Apparently in the story mode we will meet characters inspired by real people who took part in this great conflict - for example, the famous sniper Lyudmila Pavlichenko. Whereas the main antagonist is to be Heinrich Müller, the former head of the Gestapo. The game would be out on November 5, 2021 on PC, PS4, PS5, XONE and XSX/S. Whether this information turns out to be true, we will most likely find out on Thursday.
