Can you get Glacier from R6 Siege celebration packs
Glacier is one of the rarest skins in Rainbow Six Siege. So, can you get it from Celebration Packs?

Rainbow Six Siege celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. So, Ubisoft decided to introduce Celebration Packs to the game. You can find skins in them that have not been available for a very long time. This provides the opportunity to obtain skins such as Aki no Tsuru. However, there are also some paintings that didn’t come back.
Can you get Glacier from R6 Siege Celebration Packs?
Glacier is one of the oldest skins in R6 Siege. It was available during Operation Black Ice (Y1S1). Back in the day Buck and Frost were brand new operators. It was the time when Ubisoft introduced a map called Yacht. But the history of this skin is unique. Allegedly, it was available for sale for one day only. So, it's easy to imagine how rare this skin must be now. It is a possible explanation why Glacier is not included in the Celebration Packs.
Glacier was unavailable until 2024. Then the Marketplace launched, allowing players to trade skins. So, we can now buy it from those who were luckier in the past. It is not without its limits, though. Firstly, Glacier can be attached only to weapons existing in the game when the painting was originally released. Moreover, you must purchase it separately for each gun. Of course, its prices depend on the weapon you buy it for, ranging from 3,000 R6 Credits for SASG-12 to over 80,000 R6 Credits for R4-C.
If you are less picky, there is an alternative. Another well-known skin – Black Ice – has survived from the first days of R6 Siege. It resembles Glacier but it has a different color. The important difference is that you can still get it in the game. So, we wish you luck!
