The 2.3 update to Cyberpunk 2077 won't introduce a customization option for Cyberware. However, some players believe CD Projekt Red may add it in the future.
Today at 8:00 am PT, during a special stream, we will learn the details of the 2.3 update for Cyberpunk 2077. Originally, the update was supposed to launch in June, but CD Projekt Red decided to delay it in order to polish all elements.
The new content will most likely be related to cars. Many players speculate that it's about an extensive vehicle customization option. However, these are just guesses. When it comes to certain things, it's clear that the update won't include the customization feature for Cyberware.

Amelia Korzycka, the community manager at CD Projekt Red, confirmed this info in response to a player's question on X. However, some fans noticed that her response was "Not this time around."
This may suggest that in the future, Cyberpunk 2077 will receive another update with the mentioned feature. However, some people cool down the emotions, saying that it's just a polite phrase that actually means "no."
It was also confirmed again, this time by Marcin Momot, that the 2.3 update will be similar in size to the previous patch. The patch 2.2 added stuff like changing vehicle colors, improvements to the photo mode, new options in the character creator, and an extra gig.
