CD Projekt Red's 20th Anniversary; First Stream Takes Us to Vizima

In honor of last week's 20th anniversary of CD Projekt Red, the developers are inviting fans to a series of streams and more.

Last Friday (i.e. July 1), CD Projekt Red celebrated its 20th anniversary. Such an impressive anniversary cannot do without a proper celebration, so the Polish company decided to organize anniversary streams, where members of the team will talk about, among other things, the beginnings of the studio and bring back memories from the period of the first games.

"Trip to where it all began".

The studio's official Twitter account published a post, informing about the first broadcast, which will take place on July 6 at 7 am PT. Anyone interested will be able to watch it on the twitch channel of CD Projekt RED.

The developers also announced that the said stream will start in Wyzima. It is possible that during the event we will be able to see the creators play the first part of The Witcher (because that it will be dedicated to this game is almost certain).

The anniversary event will be attended by Marcin Iwinski, co-founder of CDPR, who will "take us on a journey to the place where it all began."

Admittedly, during the streams we are unlikely to see spectacular announcements related to the company's future games, nevertheless the broadcasts can be a real treat for the studio's fans.

CDPR challenges

Those willing can also take part in special challenges organized by the Polish developer on the website dedicated to the studio's 20th anniversary. The lucky ones who manage to win will receive interesting prizes.

The above attractions will probably warm up the image of the studio a bit, which has recently been put to the test when it admitted to failure Cyberpunk 2077 (you can find more information on this subject here).
