Yesterday, Core Keeper launched on Steam. The game turned out to be quite a success, achieving impressive activity results. It is also very positively evaluated by players.
We like it when a small game suddenly becomes a hit on Steam. The latest example of such success is Core Keeper by Pugstorm, which is sometimes described as a mix of Terraria and Diablo.
The early version of the game debuted on Steam Early Access yesterday, i.e. March 8. Here are the most relevant information related to the early release.
There are several reasons for the game's success, the most important being its high quality, which is well illustrated by the player ratings on Steam. For an Early Access game, Core Keeper is polished and offers a lot of content. The game was also helped by the fact that its demo was available as part of the recent Steam Next Fest, so interested players had a chance to check out the title before buying it.
The developers expect Core Keeper to leave early access later this year, though it's possible that the release of version 1.0 will be delayed if necessary.
