Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project Now Available

The Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project mod has finally made its debut. Night City has never been this beautiful before.

As announced, since yesterday all interested parties can download Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project - modification for the latest game by studio CD Projekt Red, which significantly improves textures. On this occasion, the author of the mod - the netizen known as Halk Hogan PL - released a new trailer. You can watch it below.

The footage sheds some light on the scale of the implemented changes. New high-quality textures have replaced older versions, making roads, walls, vegetation and various other objects look much nicer. At the same time, the author has retained the style of the original - enabling the changes to harmonized with the old elements.

It is worth adding that the modification is available in two versions - Ultra Quality and Balanced. The former was created for screens supporting 2K / 4K resolutions and the latest GPUs, as it uses up to 800 MB of VRAM more than the actual game. The second, on the other hand, offers slightly less detailed - though still high-quality - textures with additional VRAM consumption limited to 400 MB.

Previous mod by Halk Hogan PC - The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project - has made its way to the next-gen version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Who knows, perhaps the mod in question will one day become part of Cyberpunk 2077. Provided that CD Projekt Red decides to make a refreshed version of the game, that is.
