Cyberpunk 2077 Mod Adds Spectacular Cyber Arms

Another interesting mod for Cyberpunk 2077 - Arasaka Cyberarms - has appeared in the web. It adds a pair of great looking cybernetic arms.

IN A NUTSHELL:

  1. Arasaka Cyberarms mod for Cyberpunk 2077 enables us to equip our character with cybernetic arms used by some NPCs;
  2. The modification has been warmly received by the community.

User Aanderz has created an interesting modification for Cyberpunk 2077, called Arasaka Cyberarms. It enables us to replace V's default arms with cool-looking arms used by some NPCs. The limbs are available in several variants, taking into account installed cyberware, such as mantis blades or monowire. We even have access to a unique version used by one of the characters from the main story. Mod can be downloaded from NexusMods site.

This mod is an interesting proposition, because one of the frequent criticism against Cyberpunk 2077 is the fact that CD Projekt RED's game lacks the option to customize protagonist's appearance - we are left with what we choose when we start the game. This includes things like hairstyles and tattoos, as well as access to purely cosmetic implants. In the game world we can encounter numerous characters with a truly unique appearance, but we don't have the opportunity to modify V's appearance in a similar way.

Mod met with a warm reception from the community gathered i.a. on Reddit. Many users emphasize that such things should be a part of the game from the beginning.

"Oh man, here it comes. The game's been out for a little over a month and already we're seeing awesome mods like this! I can't wait until official mod tools are released," wrote PersnlRspnsblity2077.

"Kind of mind boggling that stuff like this isn't in the game. I want to have a full chrome body," bigdaddypimpilicious noted.

If you're interested in similar cosmetic modifications, and play the female version of V, check out Chrome Female V as well.
