Barbarian is a character class characterized by high strength and low movement speed. He specializes in fighting with axes and two-handed weapons. As a result, he is able to inflict high damage on encountered opponents and other players. Combined with the large amount of HP and his ability to regenerate during combat, this makes him a great option for solo players.

On the other hand, however, the Barbarian does not have any magic abilities. In addition, it executes all attacks very slowly.

Barbarian in Dark and Darker has 9 perks. Their list is as follows:

1. Axe Specialization - adds 10 weapon damage to your axe attacks.
2. Berserker - the lower your remaining HP, the higher your physical attack power. Each loss of 10% health from your max HP gives 3% more physical attack power up to a max bonus of 30%.
3. Carnage - strength increases by 10 for 7 seconds when a target is killed.
4. Iron Will - increases magic resistance rating by 100.
5. Morale Boost - recovers 12% of HP after killing a player.
6. Savage - physical damage bonus increases by 10% when not wearing any chest armor.

9. Two Handed Weapon Expert - increases physical attack power by 5% when attacking with a two-handed weapon.

3. Savage roar - frightens all enemies within a 7.5m radius for 6 seconds reducing their physical damage bonuses by 25%.
4. War Cry - increase the maximum HP of yourself and nearby allies by 25% for 7 seconds.

When it comes to the best perks you can choose when playing as Barbarian, the top spot definitelygoes to Toughness. This is because it will permanently increase the HP you have.

Another good perk is Morale Boost. This is because it provides a passive health regeneration for each defeated player. It is also a good idea to match it with Carnage. Thanks to it, killing an opponent will give you an additional damage bonus.

The fourth perk you should unlock is the one that guarantees a bonus to damage dealt by a specific type of weapon. In this case, choose the one that suits your fighting style and the weapon you use.
