Wraith in Dark and Darker

The Wraith is a ghost-like, strange creature that hovers above the ground. It is the strongest opponent on the first level of the dungeon. It is very resilient. It attacks by dashing towards the enemy. It moves quite fast, so it may be difficult for you to lose it.

Dark and Darker – How to kill Wraith

1. Stairs – the Wraith has had a problem with stairs for a long time, it performs badly on them. If you go low enough and the Wraith flies up to you, its attacks will pass over you. This opponent has also been known to block on stairs.
2. Distance – many players defeat the Wraith with ranged attacks, shooting through doorway windows.
3. Magic – it used to be a very good tactic to magically get rid of this opponent, however, its magic resistance was strengthened in one of the updates, so this tactic is no longer as effective. However, it is worth taking a shot at it.
4. Duck – this enemy attacks high up, so crouching is able to help you avoid some of the attacks.
5. Dodge – do not try to block damage, it is much better to avoid it.
6. Traditional tactics – if you fight the Wraith without glitches, you must prepare for a longer skirmish. Do not attempt to face this enemy without a team. It is best to assemble a full squad of three. It is a good idea to have at least 2 people who can take damage and focus the Wraith's wrath. If one is on the brink of life, then the other can take over. Ranger or Wizard can also be useful in this situation as an addition to a team.
