The first season of Diablo IV will begin any moment now. In order for players to get the most enjoyment out of the game, Blizzard has prepared a new update for its flagship work. Bearing the number 1.1.0, patch will launch later today. Unfortunately, the multitude of fixes and changes that the update will introduce will require several hours of server maintenance.

  • Info shared on Blizzard's website reveals that the maintenance work and the related inconvenience will last from 19:00 to 22:00 CET. During this time you can expect the inability to log into the game.
  • Once the servers are fully restored, Diablo IV players will be able to download update 1.1.0. Therefore, it is to be expected that fixes and new content will hit the game shortly after 22:00.

Update 1.1.0 - what will it bring?

What do we know about update 1.1.0? Aside from the fact that it will be the biggest one to date, there is actually not much, as the list of changes will be published with its release.

What is known is that it will nerf the builds of some of the strongest characters (the Shard Druid, among others, will be weakened), which does not necessarily please the community.

As I mentioned at the beginning, it is also expected that the update will improve Diablo IV in technical terms.

In addition to all of the above, the patch will of course introduce new content to the first season of the game. These will include Malignant Hearts, which, when collected, will provide players with various bonuses.
