A major update numbered 1.0.3, has hit Diablo 4. It introduced, among other things, the big changes announced by the developers in relation to gaining experience in the Nightmare Dungeons.
Fourth Diablo received a major update numbered 1.0.3 today. It is available on all platforms, namely PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles, as well as PCs.
The list of fixes that the patch introduces is really long - it includes well over 100 changes. Hardcore players will probably be most interested in the fact that Blizzard, according to earlier announcements, has finally increased the amount of experience gained in Nightmare Dungeons. You can also teleport to them from anywhere on the map. Below you will read about the most significant gameplay changes.
In addition, there will be an "increased density of monsters and elites in end game gameplay" at the start of the first season of the game, which is scheduled to begin in July. - this is again an important piece of information for those who spend a lot of time in Diablo IV after playing through the campaign.
Update 1.0.3 also includes balance changes that address, among other things, the legendary aspects of specific character classes. The damage of many skills has been increased, and the developers themselves commented on these fixes as follows:
"We specifically address the community's opinion that Basic skills do not have enough impact on combat. These changes will not change the fundamental relationship between Basic and Main skills, but we hope that they will make your level gains more enjoyable while we look at additional ways to enhance them.
Minor bugs have also been fixed, including ones related to camera work. Te full list of changes brought by the latest update is available here.
