Nightmare Dungeons in Diablo 4 Will Change; Endgame Will be More Enjoyable

The developers of Diablo IV have announced that patches will soon be coming to the game, providing, among other things, more efficient EXP farming in Nightmare Dungeons.

It's been almost two weeks since the debut of Diablo IV, and the hack'n'slash's developers have had time to analyze the feedback from players and start preparing the appropriate patches. On their topic, the developers spoke in great detail during the Campfire Chat (which was discussed more extensively in our separate news).

One of the main areas where changes will be made is Nightmare Dungeons. These will undergo improvements, such as, for example increasing the number of EXP earned, which will make the game more rewarding.

"We intend to increase the number of XP you receive in Nightmare Dungeons. Our goal is to make them more profitable than the rest of the dungeons because they are designed to be visited more often," explained game director Joe Shely.

In addition, the seals will soon act as fast-travel portals that will take you to a location of your choice in the Dungeons.. In this way, the time required to reach them as standard will be kept to a minimum.

The developers assured that they are working very hard to ensure that all the discussed changes will make their way into Diablo IVbefore the start of the first season of the game. This one will most likely launch in mid to late July.

Recall that Diablo IV was released on June 6, 2023 simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
