Disco Elysium Devs Thank Players for a Fruitful Year

A new update full of secrets and discounts (including a bundle with Remedy's Control) - this is how the developers of Disco Elysium thank players for a successful 2021.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. ZA/UM thanked players for their support of Disco Elysium 2021 and summarized its achievements of the past twelve months;
  2. The game has received an update called Jamais Vu, which introduced a handful of secrets to the game;
  3. In addition, Disco Elysium can be purchased at a discount on selected digital distribution platforms, including as a bundle with Control Ultimate Edition on Steam.

Although talking about Disco Elysium as "the game of 2021" seems weird - after all, the title debuted two years ago - the last twelve months have been very important for fans of this independent game. This was reminded by the devs from ZA/UM, who summarized this year and thanked the players for their support.

As a reminder: 2021 brought with it the release of Disco Elysium on consoles (including 9th generation) and The Final Cut - extended version of the game, which received, among others, full English dubbing, new content and various improvements.

However, ZA/UM did not limit itself to just reminiscing. Disco Elysium also received an update titled Jamais Vu and with it a handful of "secrets". To discover them, you need to demonstrate insight and precision, as well as try to make some of the more unusual decisions in the game. Fortunately, the creators have left a few clues.

In addition, we should recall that Disco Elysium is one of the titles discounted on this year's winter sale on Steam (other digital distribution platforms also offer promotions). Until January 5 you can buy the title on Valve's platform 55% cheaper than usual. You can also opt for a certain special offer. Steam offers a bundle including Disco Elysium and Control Ultimate Edition, which enables us to get both games for around $20.
