Fallout as a Shooter; Beautiful Fan Vision

A great fan video of Fallout: Bakersfield has appeared on YouTube, showing what the series could look like if it were made into an FPS.

Fallout remains a source of inspiration for many fans. One of them, nicknamed Saur X, decided to celebrate the series' 25th birthday by preparing a video that shows what a first-person shooter set in the brand's universe could look like.

In the material, the fictional game, titled Fallout: Bakersfield, looks like a so-called boomer shooter, that is, an FPS that combines styling modeled on games from the 1990s with more modern gameplay mechanics.

The video is short, but exquisitely realized. After watching it, it's hard not to be a little saddened that this is only a video and not something we can play ourselves.

This is not just my opinion, by the way. Two days after its release, the video was viewed by more than 113 thousand people on YouTube. 11 thousand of them gave it a thumbs up.

FOnline 3 , or Fallout 2 as MMO

Fallout: Bakersfield is not the only noteworthy fan project from recent weeks. Also a new version of FOnline 3 was released recently, a project reworking Fallout 2 into an MMORPG.

The project offers a large world, which is shaped mainly by the decisions of the players themselves. The latest version of FOnline 3 introduces the so-called Season 5, offering a lot of new content and improvements.
