Far Cry 6 DLC Leak Reminds People of Fortnite

The latest leak suggests that the upcoming Far Cry 6: Lost Between Worlds DLC will resemble Fortnite in some ways. Is this true? We'll find out when the expansion is announced next week.

Some time ago we informed about the fact that Ubisoft is unexpectedly trying to release one more DLC for Far Cry 6, called Lost Between Worlds. The release date of the expansion has not yet been announced, but the French company, via Twitter, announced a live broadcast of the expansion's presentation. The event will take place on November 29 on Twitch.

There is still not much known about the DLC, but, as usual in such situations, Tom Henderson from Insider Gaming came to the rescue, providing some details from sources said to have access to the game's product card in online stores. According to these reports, the artwork shows a character standing around crystals (you can see one of them in Ubisoft's post). In turn, in the center we see a portal, in which you can see a kind of shattered multiverse composed of locations known from Far Cry 6.

Henderson stated that it evokes associations with Fortnite, which also features these types of slots, transporting players to selected locations on the map. In addition to the graphics, the website's sources also revealed 11 achievements that we will earn in the game (their list can be found at the link above).

Whether the leaks will turn out to be true, we will find out soon enough. Finally, it's worth mentioning that one of the few things we know for sure about the DLC is that it will appear as part of the GOTY edition of Far Cry 6. It contains all the additional content released so far for Ubisoft's title. Those wishing to get the game in such a set at a bargain price must hurry - until November 29Epic Games Store is running a discount in which they will get the richer edition more than 50% off.
