FIFA 21 Release Date on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S

We've learned the release date of FIFA 21 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. EA Sports' next-gen footbal sim will be available on sale shortly after the debut of the new consoles.

FIFA 21 will not be a launch title for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. EA Sports has announced via its Twitter profile that the next-gen edition of the game will debut on December 4.

It is also worth noting that those who have purchased this title on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will receive a free next-gen update, both digital and boxed copies.

In addition, the developers have shared details of which progress made in current-gen editions can be transferred to next-gen platforms (only the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team status and progress in VOLTA mode) and which ones not; for more information, see the official announcement.
