FIFA Manager 2023 New Version Goes Live

The giant fan project FIFA Manager 2023 has received a new version. Among other things, it introduces a database of players and teams from March this year.

A new version of the giant mod FIFA Manager 2023 has been released, which is a fan project that upgrades FIFA Manager 14 and updates its player and team base to reflect the situation in the 2022/2023 season.

The modification not only meticulously recreates the team rosters, but also significantly improves the graphics (both its two- and three-dimensional elements). Among other things, the devs have prepared more than 5,000 face models, more than 800 stadiums and almost 1,000 banners.

The project also introduces new formations and tactics, allows for direct control of the team in 3D matches, as well as strongly expands the data on football players. There was no shortage of bug fixes and improved AI. In addition to league matches, last year's World Cup can also be played.

The new version of the mod bears the number 1.1. It offers a ton of new graphical elements, as well as the ability to choose between two databases (September 2022 and March 2023). In addition, there are a lot of small improvements - for example, after reaching the age of 36, players no longer have to retire.

The mod has been in development for many years - earlier its authors developed separate versions for previous seasons in the form of FIFA Manager 19, FIFA Manager 2020 FIFA Manager 2021 FIFA Manager 2022.

Currently, the only notable proposition in the category of commercial football managers is Football Manager series. This does not particularly bother us, because even when it had competition, it left it far behind. However, some players have a taste for games with a different approach to this subject matter. Once upon a time, an interesting alternative was offered by Electronic Arts, but the last game of this type it developed was FIFA Manager 14, released a decade ago. It is therefore gratifying that a group of fans decided to resurrect this game and update it to modern realities.
