Playground Games has unveiled what's coming to Forza Horizon 5 in March with the Series 5 update. Mexico will be transformed into a party paradise for stuntmen, with four free and four paid cars inbound. There's also a big chunk of bug fixes in the pipeline.
This Thursday marks the end of Series 4 in Forza Horizon 5, so traditionally Playground Games presented what can be expected for the next 4 weeks in Series 5. While February's activities were focused on racing, March, for a change, will be dominated by PR shows - speed cameras, warning signs, etc. There will also be some new cars, as well as updates with a large portion of fixes.
As was the case in December and January, the world of FH5 is going to undergo a slight transformation - this time the leitmotif will be partying, in the broadest sense of the word. However, there will also be room for more "functional" novelties on the map.

Just like a month earlier, the game will add eight previously unavailable cars - four free, as prizes on the Festival Playlist to be won in the following weeks (seasons), and four paid, included in the Car Pass and available for purchase separately.
Each car will require us to accumulate 20 points from Playlist activities.
The first and third cars will be brought back directly from FH4, while the rest are new to the series - although the next incarnation of the Nissan GT-R will not be radically different to the two already available in the game.
The 1965 Mini Cooper S Forza Edition could be considered a new car, but it's just a slightly modified variant of a vehicle that's been available for a long time - with widened wheel arches, a 235-horsepower electric motor, and 4x4 drive. It will be a reward for earning 80 points from Playlist activities throughout the series.
Here, by contrast, all four models are new to the Forza series. Theoretically, it could be pointed out that there are already two versions of the Ferrari 488 in the game, but the Challenge variant differs significantly from both - it's a full-fledged racing car, which, as a rule, should not appear on public roads at all.

Considering how many problems are still plaguing the FH5 many players are more interested in fixes than in new content. Fortunately the next update - which will appear later today - should eliminate a lot of flaws.
I have listed only selected, more important changes. The full list is availablehere..
In addition, the developers have assured that they are still dealing with the issue of "erroneous" (read: cheated) results in the rankings. They are also still working on improving the formula of online races in Horizon Open. Moreover, the creators are going to finally take care of the highest difficulty level of drivatars, which also happen to play dirty.

Playground Games also revealed a little secret about what Forza Horizon 5 will offer in April as part of Series 6. We learned that the next major update will be called Horizon Customs - which suggests a focus on car tuning.
