Gamers Chose Best PlayStation Games of 2023; Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Dominates
The latest adventures of Peter Parker made up for its defeat at this year's TGA and dominated the PlayStation Game of the Year Awards. Insomniac Games' work won in eight categories.
Many gamers saw Marvel's Spider-Man 2 as one of the favorites in the fight for the main statuette at The Game Awards 2023, but in the end the creators of the latest installment of the adventures of Peter Parker and Miles Morales failed to best their rivals and left the event empty-handed. What they failed to do at the TGA, Insomniac Games made up for at the PlayStation Game of the Year Awards
Sony announced the winners of this year's edition. They revealed that the king of the vote, in which any interested player could take part, was Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The game won in a total of as many as eight categories, including the most important one - game of the year for PlayStation 5.
Among the winners was also Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, which was named this year's best expansion.
