Hooked on You is the Strangest Game of 2022 so Far

A dating-sim in the world of DBD is coming this summer. It's not a fan-made remake. The developers felt that players should get to know the Killers much more intimately than ever before...

Behaviour Interactive, the studio responsible for Dead by Daylight announced a new game during the anniversary event and it's a title that no one expected. This summer, the creators of one of the most famous multiplayer horror games will release a dating simulator with Killers as love interests.

Hooked On You, jokingly referring by title to DBD's mechanics, is supposed to enable the players to build emotional relationships with characters we're used to avoiding like hell. The plot will take place on the Isle of Killers - a holiday paradise where the water is crystal clear and the weather is always good, in contrast to the scary locations we're used to seeing in DBD.

While on this bizarre vacation we will be able to test our hookup skills on four familiar characters. In swimsuits and with a smile on their faces we will be greeted by: Trapper, Huntress, Wraith and Spirit.

According to the developers, the biggest challenge is to choose the right words that will have the killers share their deepest feelings with us. Based on our choices, each character will be able to fall in love with us, find us worthy of friendship, or feel complete dislike for us (and dislike from a killer doesn't bode well).

Tropical adventure in a charming, cartoonish graphics will appear on Steam in the near future. Find love or die trying - that's how the developers describe Hooked On You. Do you feel encouraged?
