More Gracious Gods and Faster Weapons. Due to Player Feedback, Patch 2 Introduces Many Desired Changes to Hades 2

The devs of Hades II are working hard on the development of their latest game, which is evident from the long list of changes and improvements introduced by Patch 2. Some of them were inspired by the opinions of players, which the developers mentioned at the beginning of their message.

The patch introduces new icons in the user interface and improves weapon balance to make combat more enjoyable. Supergiant Games noted that in the next update it will focus especially on boons.

Hades 2 - changes introduced by Patch 2

Below you will find just some of the new features offered by the second update.

1. From now on, we will meet one more Olympian every night (now there are as many of them as in Hades 1).
2. Increased the duration of invulnerability after Death Defiance is activated. A warning was also added informing that we have used the last of them.
3. Now you just need to hold down the button to collect resources mined with a pickaxe (previously you had to press it).
4. After preparing the "Insight Into Offerings" function in the cauldron, in the Book of Shadows, you can check the list of skills offered by each Olympian.

Thanks to players' suggestions, the devs also changed the balance of weapons, including: increasing the speed of using them. The skills provided by the Daedalus Hammer have also been reworked - some effects have been cut out and replaced with new ones.

Furthermore, the patch also addressed bug fixes, made slight modifications to Chaos Trials, and implemented changes to the visual and musical aspects of the title. Let's remind that the previous patch was released on May 16th. The third update can be expected next month or towards the end of the current one if the developers continue with a similar level of regularity.
