The mod came to the aid of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 players, for whom schnapps aren't enough.
Now you can also download the mod from our servers. We received permission from the author to host a mirror.
It took just one day after the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to receive a mod for unlimited game saves.
For context: similar to the first installment of the Czech RPG series, KCD 2 has a rather unusual "save" system. The game mainly uses automatic game saving, and although you can also do it "manually," it requires drinking a special potion. Moreover, the "schnapps" doesn't allow creating a save file during a fight or any other "tense" situation.
Such a solution didn't appeal to all players, the result of which was the Unlimited Saving mod. As the name suggests, it removed the restrictions imposed by the developers and allowed to save the game state without using the potion. Now this mod also hit Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and (importantly) the modification doesn't block the achievement progress.
The developer underlines that Unlimited Saving II doesn't yet allow for saving the game in situations when the game blocks the creation of saves. Therefore, it is better to check if the program allows for creating save files at a given moment (by pressing F5).
The installation of Unlimited Saving II requires downloading modification files, unpacking the archive, and transferring them to the game's mod folder ([drive name]\(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods; if this last folder doesn't exist, it must be created).
