Leak Suggests the Existence of GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 16 GB

RTX 3070 Ti GPU appeared in PC specifications on the official website of Lenovo. This may suggest that Nvidia is planning (or has planned) to introduce such an option in its offer.

Will there be Ti versions of Ampere RTX cards?

During the latest presentation, Nvidia showed new GPUs from the Ampere family - RTX 3070, 3080 and 3090. Meanwhile, according to VideoCardz, on the list of versions available for the Lenovo T7 desktop computer we could also find GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. This enhanced version was to have 16GB of GDDR6 memory.

This specification could have be seen on Lenovo set's technical data page. Could have, because latest update of this list deleted the items containing the RTX 3070 Ti GPU. As you can see in the screenshot below, these were models numbered from 90Q80046RS to 90Q80048RS (the variables in the number are written in bold). Currently the numbering jumps from 90Q80045RS immediately to 90Q80049RS.

Unfortunately, this reduces the reliability of this information and can at most be considered a leak. The data in the specs may have been a simple error or the result of Lenovo having old data. Or it was considered too early for this to be announceed (as such a card is planned in the future). Let's not forget that many people are waiting (and counting) on the presentation of RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 cards. There's no certainty that such models will appear, but I don't think Nvidia would leave players with the cheapest option on offer in the form of RTX 3070 for $499 (2359 PLN).
