With just a month untill the release of Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, Electronic Arts and DICE decided to reveal the minimum and recommended system requirements for its PC version. The new incarnation of the futuristic story-based parkour simulation is launching on May 24, 2016 for North America and May 26 for Europe on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 (the original Mirror’s Edge came out in 2007 for PC, X360 and PS3). Before you pre-order the game for PC, check out the specs:
Before the game is out, some fans will be invited to play Mirror's Edge Catalyst closed beta, open April 22 through April 26 (those who haven’t been chosen as the so-called Frontrunners will get their access codes on April 23). The beta aims to test the game’s online features, but will also let players try out several story missions and side missions. The developer recommends installing the latest video drivers before playing beta – you will find them here (GeForce) or here (Radeon).
