Many New Features in MW2 and Warzone 2.0 Coming Soon [UPDATE]

If you are bored with the content of multiplayer modes of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0, wait until February 15 - that's when a huge amount of new free content will hit both games as part of Season 2.

Modern Warfare 2 - there's something to look forward to

The most important novelties included in Season 2:

• The title will receive four new maps divided into two categories. The classic maps are: The Dome (familiar to fans of MW3 from 2011) and Valderas Museum, while battlefields (created for 64 players with vehicles) include: Zaya Observatory and Al Malik International;
• six gameplay modes known from earlier installments of the series will come to the game - Infection, Gun Game, Grind (modified Kill Confirmed) will be added permanently, and Drop Zone, All or Nothing and One in the Chamber will be activated on an alternating weekly rotation throughout the second season;
• a ranking mode will be added, which will continuously evaluate our skills and reward us with the appropriate rank (from 1st to 50th);
• the developers will add another operator, new battle sets and skins;
• the maximum experience level will be raised from 250 to 500.

Warzone 2.0 - what's new

Season 2 will also bring new features to Warzone 2.0:

• a new map will be added: Ashika Island, located in Japan and 30% larger compared to other maps in the game;
• the title will receive the Resurgence mode known from the first Warzone;
• the Gulag (one-on-one) will be updated - death is to mean the end of the game, and victory is to mean a return to the battlefield.

In addition, players in both games will receive a water scooter and five new weapons. Four will be added on February 15 (ISO Hemlock rifle, crossbow, KV shotgun, two Kodachi blades), and one in the middle of the season (Tempus Torrent rifle).
