Players who choose to purchase the Premium Edition of Mortal Kombat 1, announced today, will be able to play as Belgian actor Jean-Claude Van Damme. He will be a skin for Johnny Cage.
Today we saw the official announcement of Mortal Kombat 1 - a reboot of sorts of the popular fighting game series. In addition to the trailer (available below), the developers revealed a handful of information about the game, including the content of each edition.
As we read in the Q&A, owners of Mortal Kombat 1's Premium edition will be able to play as Jean-Claude Van Damme. The Belgian actor (known for such action films as Bloodsport, Universal Soldier or Elusive Target) will be available as a skin for Johnny Cage.

On top of that, early access to the game, which will begin on September 14 (five days before the actual debut). Price of the Premium edition is $109.99 and in addition to the above goods, it will include everything that the standard version of Mortal Kombat 1 does (costing $69.99).

Mortal Kombat 1: Kollector's Edition is expected to cost $249.99.
In addition, anyone who pre-orders the game for PS5 or Xboxy Series X/S (regardless of the edition chosen) will get access to its beta testing in August.
Interestingly, there are indications that Mortal Kombat 1 (probably in the form of DLCs) will see guest appearances by Conan the Barbarian, Peacemaker and Homelander. However, this was not yet confirmed by the developers.
Mortal Kombat 1 will debut on September 19 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
