The official global launch of Dune Awakening was a great success. Players also figured out how to get around one of the restrictions put by the devs.
Yesterday was the official release of Dune: Awakening. We write "official" because owners of the Deluxe and Ultimate editions started the fun last week. So it's worth taking a look at how the game is doing at the moment.
Staying on the topic of Dune: Awakening, it's worth mentioning that some players were disappointed by the lack of an option to ride sandworms. So they decided to do something about it and figured out a way to jump on such a beast. Of course, this doesn't provide the option of controlling it, as the Freemen do, but it is still a fun achievement.
Dune: Awakening can be purchased on Steam for $49.99 (standard edition). The Deluxe Edition costs $69.99, and the Ultimate Edition - $89.99.
A new update for Dune: Imperium has been released by Funcom studio, coinciding with the premiere of their hit game. The patch mainly introduces technical and interface bug fixes. At the same time, the new expansion Immortality is now available for purchase. It costs $9.99 and includes the Bene Tleilax board, dozens of new cards, and lots of challenges for the game.
