Oddworld: Soulstorm for Free on PS5 in April PlayStation Plus

Oddworld: Soulstorm will debut in early April. The PS5 version will be available for free with the PlayStation Plus update on the game's release.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. Oddworld: Soulstorm will go on sale on April 6, this year;
  2. The game will appear in the April PS Plus update for PS5.

Oddworld: Soulstorm will hit the PlayStation Plus service on its release date, which is set for April 6. Devs at Oddworld Inhabitants announced that those paying for Sony's subscription will receive the PS5 version of the game at no extra charge.

A new trailer with extensive gameplay footage was shown during State of Play. Oddworld: Soulstorm on PlayStation 5 will use 3D sound, new triggers on the DualSense controller and haptic vibrations that will simulate Abe's heartbeat in stressful situations.

The core of the gameplay will remain the same as in previous installments - our goal will be to save as many Mudokons as possible and lead them to freedom from the Glukkons, which are a negative symbol of capitalism.

Oddworld: Soulstorm will also be available the same day on PlayStation 4 and PC, exclusively on Epic Games store.
