PayDay 3 is Not Out Yet, and Devs Already Announced 4 DLCs

We are just a little over a week away from the release of PayDay 3, co-op shooter in which players will carry out daring heists. Devs at Starbreeze thought it was a good time to tell more about the game's development plans.

The game will receive 4 DLCs within the first year:

1. DLC 01: Syntax Error (winter 2023).
2. DLC 02: Boys In Blue (spring 2024).
3. DLC 03: The Land Of The Free (summer 2024).
4. DLC 04: Fear and Greed (fall 2024).

Starbreeze Studios

The game will also be developed through updates. As part of them, in the first year we will receive:

1. seasonal events,
2. new playable characters,
3. new enemies,
4. new weapons,
5. an update to Unreal Engine 5,
6. additional cosmetic items,
7. gameplay enhancements and new features.

The developers have also released a new trailer that reveals two playable characters - Pearl and Joy. You can watch it above.

Release date of PayDay 3 has been set for September 21, this year. Gold and Silver edition owners will start playing three days earlier. The game is being developed for PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5.
