Blizzard is consistently fighting for new Diablo IV players. Now the latest installment of this iconic series can be tried our for free on Steam.

The post published on X/Twitter by the developers, reveals that on the occasion of Thanksgiving - this year falling on November 23 - anyone wishing to do so can test the game for free until November 28, 10 a.m. PT.

Interestingly, the comments under the post are overflowing with responses from disgruntled gamers, who complain that Blizzard should enable them to link their Battle.net accounts to their Steam profiles so they don't have to buy and/or download the game a second time. There is also a level cap imposed on the trial - you can advance up to a maximum of 20 levels.

As a reminder, let's add that next year Diablo IV will receive the first expansion titled Vessel of Hatred. The DLC will introduce a sixth character class to this RPG and take us to the vicinity of the city of Kurast, where we will learn the further fate of Mephisto after the events known from the base game.
