The first half of Pokemon Sword & Shield’s announced DLC, the Isle of Armor, has been out for about three months. The second half, The Crown Tundra, is scheduled to come out this fall.

The South African Nintendo channel, and as of yet not on any other major Nintendo channels, released a new thirty-second trailer for the Crown Tundra. They also released a new video for the Isle of Armor the same day.

Sword & Shield’s Crown Tundra DLC was originally expected to release in November 2020, but this new video simply says Autumn 2020. This is also the only glimpse of anything new for the Pokemon content since the Isle of Armor was released.

The excitement is clearly visible for the upcoming DLC, as this Crown Tundra video has over eighty thousand views already, while most other videos on the channel only have a few hundred or less.

It is likely that this is simply a small promotional video mainly aimed at the South African Nintendo audience, but it shows just how excited fans can get when they are waiting for news.

Hopefully Nintendo will announce something about this new DLC soon.

The Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Sword & Shield is scheduled to release sometime this fall.
