Every week Cookie Jam gives us something to think about thanks to the Buzzwords. This event features many interesting questions. Not all of them are easy. Fear not though, as we answer as many of them as we can. At least more than half! After solving “Tart citrusy flavor” and “Bubbly beverage,” it’s time to face “Wear it to the beach.”

Answer to “Wear it to the beach” in Cookie Jam

Some of us are in the middle of summer right now. So, for those people it is an ideal time to think about water activities. It seems that Cookie Jam developers share this sentiment, as they ask about clothing that we should wear for this occasion. Fortunately, this Buzzword was quite easy for me. However, I can imagine that some of you are here simply to check the answer, as guessing the wrong letter can be painful. Every point counts, right?

1. Wear it to the beach – swimsuit.

Swimsuit is a general term for variety of clothing we use during swimming. It may be hard to believe for us today, but before 1930s, they were made mostly of wool. Imagine how heavy they must have become after a short time in the water. Fortunately, nowadays they are made from much more waterproof and lighter materials like spandex and (increasingly popular) polyester.

So, now that you know the answer to the question, you may gather your strengths for the next one, which is “Fast boat that skips across the water.” This Buzzword was a difficult one for me.
