Russian Devs of Loop Hero Recommend Pirating Their Game Due to Sanctions

Known for Loop Hero Russian studio Four Quarters recommends players to pirate the game if they have problems purchasing it due to sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation in connection with the attack on Ukraine.

1. Some players are having problems using credit cards and other forms of payment when trying to buy Loop Hero.
2. Additionally, even if they manage to purchase the game, Steam and other platforms are unable to give the developers the money earned paid by the user.
3. Four Quarters has spoken out on the issue as many users have inquired about the possibility of supporting the developers.
4. Studio has assured that it is doing well, and if anyone has problems purchasing Loop Hero, then there is nothing wrong in downloading the pirated version from torrents.
5. It is worth noting that on February 24 the studio's twitter account posted a message condemning the war.

Loop Hero is a roguelike game with elements of strategy and card game. The game debuted on March 4 last year on PC, and in December lived to see a port to Nintendo Switch.

The game turned out to be a big hit. The PC version needed only a week to sell over 500 thousand copies. The game also received impressive activity results - Loop Hero's current record is 51.156 concurrent users on Steam.
