Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Won't Launch This Year

Suicide Squad from the creators of the Batman: Arkham series just got delayed. Rocksteady has confirmed that the game will not debut in 2022.

Information about the delay of another game has been confirmed. This time it's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which will launch only in spring 2023.

The information was provided by Sefton Hill (creative director and co-founder of Rocksteady) on Twitter, without going into detail about the reasons for the delay. He stated only that the additional time is to enable the developers to deliver "the best game possible".

The fact that the virtual Suicide Squad will not be released this year, was reported by Bloomberg in early February. In a way it was already suggested by Jason Kilar, the CEO of WarnerMedia - his presentation of company's plans for 2022 lacked any mention of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
