The Lords of the Fallen on First Game Engine Trailer
A trailer on the game engine from The Lords of the Fallen was presented at The Game Awards 2022.
The Game Awards 2022 gala showcased a gameplay trailer for The Lords of the Fallen. This is the first footage showing Hexworks' game in action. The team's owner and publisher of the game is CI Games.
The presented material shows the dark world of the game, giving us a small glimpse of the combat. In addition, thanks to the video, we have the opportunity to see how the visual experience is affected by the fact that the game is powered by Unreal Engine 5.
The action takes place a thousand years after the events known from Lords of the Fallen. During the game we will play as an original character and explore a huge open world, divided into lands of the living and the dead. Many opponents will stand in our way, including powerful bosses.
The Lords of the Fallen is a reboot of the 2014 game. The title was announced during gamescom 2022, at which time we received a trailer and a promise that we would see a gameplay by the end of the year. As you can see, CI Games kept its word - although it didn't show too much of that gameplay.
The Lords of the Fallen will debut on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2023..
