Horizon: Forbidden West - Burning Shores Takes Us to Los Angeles

At the end of The Game Awards 2022, we saw the announcement of Horizon: Forbidden West - Burning Shores, the DLC for Guerrilla Games' latest game.

Rumors have been confirmed -. Horizon: Forbidden West will receive a DLC. It will be titled Burning Shores and will be released on April 19, 2023. Below you can watch its first trailer.

The DLC will be set on the titular Burning Shores - that is, the west coast of the United States - characterized by a hot climate. Fans of Aloy's adventures have been expecting this, as the name has not only appeared in leaks, but also in the game itself. Thus, Guerrilla Games will maintain a kind of balance, as DLC for Horizon: Zero Dawn - The Frozen Wilds - enabled the players to visit a frozen land.

We don't know much about the DLC so far, except that we will come to visit Los Angeles in it. What is certain is that it will make the wait for the third installment of the series more pleasant. The latter is almost certainly already in the making - as we found out this from the director of the series, Mathijs de Jonge of Guerrilla Games studio, in April 2022.
