New Trailer for Next-gen The Witcher 3 Shows Photo Mode

CD Projekt RED is boasting the new photo mode in The Witcher 3. A trailer has even been created to introduce it.

Next-gen version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt introduced some changes to the gameplay, improved the visuals and added a photo mode, which many players were very keen on. The developers of the game are well aware of this, as they have created a separate trailer that shows the said photo mode in action.

Landscapes in The Witcher have already been able to take your breath away, and the next-gen update has given the players another excuse to marvel at the beautiful views. This can be seen, for example, in the numerous threads on Reddit, where the community boasts about the beautiful shots. Photo mode in The Witcher allows for, among other things, setting the camera, adjusting the brightness of the image, contrast or applying various effects, and although it is not as extensive as the one in Cyberpunk, fans of the White Wolf's adventures are apparently very satisfied. They express this in the comments under the video.

"This game really deserved a photo mode," writes SolarStarSeeker

"I'm going to take a ton of pictures of Yen," promises nobody survives even one bit

"It's time to visit Tomira. Just to take a picture of her inventory, of course," jokes LegionDeChaos

Have you used the photo mode yet? If so, show us the frames you managed to capture.

The next-gen version of The Witcher 3 had been in the news even before its release, when visual comparisons started appearing across the web. It quickly became apparent that the Complete Edition is not free of errors, of which CD Projekt RED is aware. The devs announced that they are investigating the problems that the players are complaining about. To end this brief summary on a positive note, it is worth noting that the community continues to find interesting details that were not present in the previous version of the game.
