Tomb Raider Will Get a TV Series From Netflix

Netflix has revealed a plan to create a sequel to the Tomb Raider video game series reboot trilogy. It will take the form of an anime series from Legendary.

Tomb Raider 2 directed by Misha Green (until recently by Ben Wheatley) is not the only upcoming film with Lara Croft. Netflix has announced an anime series continuing the new trilogy of Tomb Raider games.

Unfortunately, the announcement did not include much information about the project itself. Apart from the above details, it was only revealed that Legendary Pictures will be responsible for the production. This lack of tangible info suggests that we will have to wait for the debut of the Tomb Raider series for a very long time. Especially in the context of the coronavirus situation, which caused the film industry many worries.
