Ubisoft has informed that the collector's editions of its games for Xbox consoles will not contain physical game media. Instead, players will receive a digital key.

The French company Ubisoft has just announced that the collector's editions of its upcoming Xbox games will not contain a physical disc with a given titles, and instead buyers will receive a digital key for use (the other contents of the box remain unchanged). For the time being, this concerns three titles: Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Far Cry 6 and Watch Dogs: Legions and it has not been announced whether future games will be distributed in the same way - although this can be expected. It's worth noting, however, that the Collector's Editions for PlayStation will include a standard physical disc in the box.
