Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 in Action Looks Stunning

A new trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II was shown at The Game Awards 2022 event. This is the first footage showing gameplay from this project.

The Game Awards 2022 gala was filled with trailers for many upcoming games. One of the most interesting turned out to be the trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II, a TPP action game and a sequel to the popular 2021 title.

The material is noteworthy because, unlike the first trailer (released a year ago, also at The Game Awards), which was a CG video, the latest material features only elements generated on the game engine, including many gameplay fragments. This is the first opportunity to see how the game looks like in action.

The game looks promising. The attention is especially drawn to the scope - with large maps and hordes of enemies.

Recall that Relic Entertainment, known from the original, is not responsible for the sequel. They were replaced on the position of developer by Saber Interactive, previously involved in such games as World War Z or SnowRunner.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II is heading to PC, PlayStation, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles. The trailer shown at The Game Awards 2022 revealed that the release will take place next year.
