There are 29 trophies that can be unlocked in the game - 1 platinum trophy (only on PS4), 6 gold trophies, 8 silver trophies, and 14 bronze trophies.

How to unlock: Have your fortune read.

Commentary: The fortune reader can be encountered at the beginning of the game, while investigating the port in Grimhaven Bay district. The investigation will lead Reed to the "Under the Keel" bar. The fortune reader can be found on the ground floor of the location.

How to unlock: Help the professor with his plan.

Commentary: This trophy/achievement is related to Quid Pro Quo main case. During this case, you will reach George Cavendish's apartment. When the man arrives, choose the option to cooperate - help him poison the remaining fish. Check the walkthrough for that case to learn all the steps (variant 1 in the final part of that case).

Commentary: You deal with nightmares during Fathers and Sons main case. During it, you visit the Redemption Church. Nightmares appear after you reach the altar, use the Mind's Eye and make the symbols overlap.

Commentary: This trophy/achievement relates to the main decision made at the end of Fathers and Sons case. After returning from the depths, you have to help Graham or Brutus. This trophy/achievement requires you to cooperate with Graham and murder his father, Brutus. We discussed this in more detail in our walkthrough (option 1).

Sic Semper Tyranis and Et Tu, Brutus? trophies/achievements are mutually exclusive. It is best to create a manual save after you return from the cultists' cave. This way, you can get both trophies/achievements in the same playthrough.

Commentary: This trophy/achievement relates to the main decision made at the end of Fathers and Sons case. After returning from the depths, you have to help Graham or Brutus. Commentary: A simple trophy/achievement, though it is easy to miss. The opportunity to get it appears during Nosedive main case. As part of this mission, you will visit The Orion Club. You need to get to the upper floor, where the Imperial Wizard is.

Commentary: You can earn the trophy during the main Case called Deal with the Devil. It requires reaching the Blackwood Marsh Cannery, where Ebernote Blackwood appears after finding the Seal.

How to unlock: Kill the old lady.

Commentary: You can obtain this trophy during the main Case Self Defense. Reed meets the mayor candidate, Milton Pierce. He offers a gambit - kill his mother, Agatha Pierce with poison, in exchange for acquitting Reed.

How to unlock: Finally commit the crime you were accused of.

Commentary: This trophy requires strictly defined actions and can be obtained at the very end of the main Case called Self Defense. After returning to Devil's Reef Hotel the protagonist goes to meet Johannes van der Berg, who was, however, murdered in the theatre. After the conversation with van der Berg, you have to shoot him. Use any gun. Do this before you leave your hotel room and take care of the next main Case.

Comment: Archaeologist Joseph Hill appears in Fleeing Phoenix main case. You can meet him at the Residence of Joseph Hill. This trophy/achievement requires you to fulfill Usha's wish by killing Hill. We discussed this in detail in our walkthrough of this case - this is option 2, although you can also trick Hill (option 3).

Dodge This

Damage Control

How to unlock: Prevent the last self-immolation.

Commentary: The trophy/achievement can be obtained during the final main case - Into the Depths. In its initial part, you will visit the St. Michael's Church, where you can find the central monolith.

Use the stairs leading to the second floor. You will meet Meryl there. During the conversation, you will learn that she plans to start the ritual of self-immolation. Select the second dialog option presented in the picture (You'll die in agony).

As part of this investigation, you will reach the Residence of Sidney Stokes. Go to the kitchen. The stash you are looking for is under the sink in the corner (the picture above) - use the Mind's Eye to find it faster. Use a melee weapon to break the boards below the sink and take the ammo from the stash.

Commentary: This trophy is related to Through the Looking Glass side case - its walkthrough is on a separate page. You start it after completing A Delicate Matter side case.

To get this trophy/achievement, you need to act in the right way at the end of the case - Reed must take the mirror and murder Bethany. This means that you need to follow Robert Throgmorton's order.

Family Reunion and Both Worlds trophies/achievements are mutually exclusive. Save the game manually before you make the choice at the end of the case. This will allow you to unlock both trophies/achievements during the first playthrough

Commentary: This trophy is related to Through the Looking Glass side case - its walkthrough is on a separate page. You start it after completing A Delicate Matter side case.

To get this trophy/achievement, you need to act in the right way at the end of the case - let Bethany finish the ritual. After that, the mirror will break.
