The first Tormentum delighted us with its original graphic design, inspired by the works of Beksinski, Giger and Zawadzki, and referring to the weird fiction stories of Lovecraft and Blackwood. Some of the creators' macabre ideas were completely shocking and intriguing at the same time. The main storyline, though composed primarily of simple quests, could be enjoyed.
It was a little worse with the dialogues, which the main character had quite a lot with the NPCs he met. They spoiled the horror atmopshere, in no way matching the style of the game. A juicy, bloody description was clearly missing.
Will the sequel fix the bugs of the original? The first installment almost had it. Of course, in a certain convention. The game is due to be released at the very beginning of 2023, so it will probably be the first production from the list that you will test on your own.
